Our childcare service is available Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a 30-minute grace period for pickup. For our Preschoolers, the service is available Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. prompt.
To ensure the safety and security of all children in our care, we have established the following pick-up procedures:
Children may only be released to individuals listed as authorized pick-up contacts on the child’s enrollment form.
These individuals must present valid identification upon request.
If someone not listed as an authorized contact will be picking up your child, the following steps must be completed in advance:
Send an email at the latest an hour to the center with:
The full name of the individual
A clear photo of the person
The date of the scheduled pick-up
Follow up with a phone call to confirm receipt and approval of the request.
We will not release any child to an individual who has not been properly authorized through the steps above.
This policy is strictly enforced to protect your child and maintain a secure environment.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and organized childcare experience for all families.
To maintain a smooth and respectful childcare environment, we ask all families to adhere strictly to their scheduled pick-up times. Please review the following guidelines regarding late pick-up:
A fee of ₦2,000 per child will be charged for any late pick-up that occurs beyond the scheduled time without prior authorization.
This fee must be paid within 24 hours of the occurrence.
We understand that unexpected situations such as traffic or work emergencies may arise.
In such cases, please ensure that one of your authorized pick-up contacts is available to collect your child on time.
Early drop-off cannot be used to offset or excuse a late pick-up.
All pick-up times must be honored as scheduled.
We kindly ask that you honor the agreed pick-up time, as it allows us to complete important end-of-day routines such as snack time, winding down, tidying up, and preparing the children for departure.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a nurturing and well-organized environment.
The health and safety of every child in our care is of utmost importance. This policy outlines our approach to managing illness, injuries, and immunizations to ensure a safe and supportive environment for all children.
If your child shows any signs of illness—such as cough, cold, fever, skin infections, or rashes—we kindly request that you keep them at home until the exact nature of the illness is determined.
Many childhood illnesses, particularly viral infections, are most contagious before symptoms appear. While we take every precaution to minimize exposure, some situations may be beyond our control.
As part of our routine checks daily, your child’s body temperature will be checked (using a thermometer) and the temperature has to be within the normal body temperature range (36.4०C - 37.2०C) before they are allowed into the facility.
If we observe any signs of illness during care, we will take immediate steps to isolate the child and prevent further exposure. You will be notified promptly.
We strive to maintain a safe play environment, but minor injuries such as scratches or scrapes may occur as part of normal developmental play.
These incidents will be kept to a minimum, and we will provide:
Full disclosure of the circumstances
A completed injury report for your review and signature
We will not be taking a child into school or creche on a day that is their immunisation appointment. This is to ensure that they get enough parental care and attention and also to manage adverse reactions following immunisation.
If your child requires medication (e.g., for mild fever post-vaccination), please provide:
Clear written instructions on dosage and frequency
Any necessary medications, labeled and handed directly to the designated Caregiver
We are committed to maintaining a healthy and secure environment.
Your cooperation in following these guidelines helps us protect all children and staff at the center.
